Ethereum ETFs face heavy outflows, Fidelity FETH leads with $287M

With the continued fall of Ethereum prices for the fourth consecutive day, Ether spot ETFs have continued to record massive outflows. As per CoinGlass, from September 22 to September 25, the outflow has continued to peak; on the previous day, the total outflow was $251.20 million.

On September 22, the outflow in Ethereum ETF was $76 million, yet the outflow on September 23 was $140.80 million, followed by $79.40 million in outflow on September 24, 2025.

According to TradingView, the market capitalization of Ethereum fell by more than 15.23% in the past seven days and is 15.45% down in a month. 

On the other hand, the market dominance of ETH reached 12.76% with a fall of 6.93% in a week and is down by 12.14% in the past 30 days.

Fidelity ETH ETF leads with the highest outflow

From September 22 to September 25, the highest outflow was mirrored by FETH by Fidelity reaching $287.9 million, followed by ETHW, which lost $27.60 million on the previous day, followed by $4.50 million outflow on September 24. 

The ETHA by BlackRock is now priced at $29.58 with a loss of 5.98%, ETHE by Grayscale is down by over 5.95% reaching $32.22, and FETH is at $39.04 with a fall of $39.04.

With the continued outflow, the ETF providers have continued to adjust their ETH holdings, as the price has continued to fall and is currently below $4000 with a loss of more than 4% intraday.

Over the past 24 hours, the total liquidation in Ethereum is $311.14 million, including $271.52 million in longs and $39.62 million in shorts. And in the same frame, the largest single liquidation occurred on HTX ETH/USDT, valued at $19.26 million.

Yet most of the ETH liquidation occurred on Bybit of $78.57 million, followed by $73.73 million of liquidation in Hyperliquid, and $44.17 million was squeezed on HTX, and only $40.59 million on Binance.

Four hours ago, Lookonchain posted on X, noting that an OTC whale has bought 60,333 ETH at an average price of $4,230 in the past 7 days and is now sitting on a loss of over $16 million.

On September 26, it said Lookonchain said whales have continued to accumulate Ethereum, and 15 wallets have received 406,117 Ether from Kraken, BitGo, FalconX, and Galaxy Digital OTC.
